Iterative Adoption

Agile Methodology

We inherit some of best practices in software agile development to assure customer involvement from day one in development and iterative implementation concept to guarante being always inline with your requirements, and fast deliverables.

Waterfall Balance

Project is broken into phases. Within each phase there are multiple iterations, but iteration activities don't go beyond its phase. For example, in implementation phase, detail design, programming, and demo to customer are conducted more than once. But no onsite deployment untill implementation phase is finished successfully.

Day 2 Services

Our partnership with you doesn't end at the successfull startup of the project. It continues to Day 2, where performance testing, consistency, and continuous improvement are answered with our after-sales services.

Stakeholders comittee

In medium and large size projects, a committee is established where there is representation of all project stakeholders. For example, in Asset Enterprise Management implementation, operation, quality, procurement, IT and central management will be represented in this committee. The committee will ensure cooperation between departments and that each role's requirements will be infused in the new system.
